Luxe Picnic Parties
With our Luxe Picnic Package, we bring everything you need and beautifully style the picnic for you, so all you need to do is add the guests and food. Our picnic parties are great to enjoy in glorious sunshine but can also be set up indoors and feature beautifully styled floor cushions and low-level tables.

Pop Up Party UK provide kids’ party hire throughout Derbyshire, Staffordshire, Nottinghamshire, and Leicestershire. We will happily set up in your home, garden, or any other suitable venue. For the ultimate experience, we can combine our sleepover party and picnic party into one epic extravaganza.
Simply decide on your party theme and the number of guests attending. We have plenty of themes for you to choose from. For our tween girls, we love our Vintage Rose, and the Mermaid Cove package is ideal for the younger guests. We’ve got the boys covered as well, with our super cool Camo Adventure ranking as our number 1 package. Our favorite unisex option is the Safari Jungle – so many animals and so much fun!
Our creative team can organise spectacular themed parties both indoors and outdoors. Whether it’s an indoor sleepover package, or luxe picnic package, the process is the same. Fairytale Treat Cart Hire
Our beautiful party cart is available to hire for kids parties, baby showers and wedding corners. It comes as a dry hire with all the lovely cake stands, platters or sweet jars and champagne flutes. A great way to display party food and drinks and a fabulous addition to our picnic parties.

How much space do l need for the indoor teepees?
Each tent and mattress measures approx 90cm (width) by 170cm (length). If you need help just let us know your room dimensions and we can help with the floor plan.

What happens if something gets damaged or broken?
Accidents happen, especially with excited children. So, we try to make sure that all our equipment is up to the job. Normal wear and tear is expected but if something gets broken or damaged, we will firstly try to fix it ourselves and if this is not possible, we will only charge what it costs to repack the item.

What is the payment process to confirm a booking?
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the final payment due 7 days before the scheduled delivery.

How long does it take to set up?
Most parties between 2 and 6 guests take between 60-90 mins to set up. Bell tent parties take roughly 2-3 hrs.

Are you insured?
Yes, we are insured and covered for up to 5m public liability.

What happens if I need to cancel?
We understand that sometimes cancellations cannot be helped and we will do everything we can to rearrange for an alternative date for you. If 14 days notice is given then the outstanding balance will not be required.
